So, if you made the tri-tip from last week and are wondering what to do with the leftovers, here's a suggestion:

Steak Salad

Toss the following together: Red Leaf Lettuce, Steak, Veggies of your choice, Croutons, Shredded Cheddar Jack Cheese, Avocado & Croutons. Add Balsamic Vinaigrette

And you've got one rockin' recycled dinner salad!

Delicious Grilled Tri-Tip Steak

Combine 1/4 C of each of the the following and rub on each side of steak:

Grill Approximately 12 minutes each side, slice & serve!

So Easy, But SOOOOO GOOD!

Soccer Saturdays

It's been so much fun...but it's also been cold, rainy and miserable at times.
This next Saturday is the last soccer game of the season and it suppose to be gorgeous weather!
We're looking forward to ending the season on a good note and cheering on #14 one last time this year!

Make Way For Ducklings

I love this book!
When I was a few months pregnant with Isaac, I took a business trip to Boston.
I remember having such a hard time focusing on work because all I could think about was becoming a mother.
I wanted a keepsake from this adventure that I could give to Isaac someday.
That's when I discovered this book!
It's about a mother and father duck who are looking for the perfect place to raise their duckings!
They find a great park in the middle of Boston.
It's now a bedtime favorite of all the Hill children.
